Postudio ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our desktop application and website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect your email address and basic profile information when you create an account. Usage analytics (feature usage, crash reports) are collected anonymously. We do NOT collect or transmit your social media credentials — platform login sessions are stored locally on your device using AES-256 encryption and your operating system's keychain.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Postudio service, send important product updates, and respond to support requests. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your social media credentials and browser sessions are stored exclusively on your local device and never leave your machine. Cloud-stored data (account info, publish history) is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest via our infrastructure provider (Supabase).

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party platforms (Xiaohongshu, Twitter/X, YouTube, Bilibili, etc.) to publish content on your behalf. We only access these platforms using credentials you explicitly provide. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Anthropic's Claude for AI-powered content features.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@postudio.ai. You can delete your local browser data and credentials by removing the app's data directory.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Postudio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
